Wie hat diese Weisheit etwas mit unserer Beziehung zu unseren Schmerzen zu tun? Diesbezüglich gehen nach der tibetischen spirituellen Tradition und besonders auch nach der tibetischen Medizin, alle Krankheiten und Schmerzen, eine körperliche Emotion, emotional, alle auf die Unwissenheit und die drei Wurzelgifte zurück. Also sind die Unwissenheit und die drei Wurzelgifte die Ursachen für alles.

You know according to Tibetan spiritual tradition and particularly also like the Tibetan medicine, that all the diseases and pain, a physical emotion, emotional, all are connected back to ignorance and the three root poisons. So ignorance and three root poisons are the causes for everything.

Comment cette sagesse a quelque chose à voir avec notre relation à notre douleur?
